General description of workshop This Seminar focus on the changes that Web 2.0 created in the relations between citizens/consumers and companies and Institutions. In fact, from the one hand Web 2.0 offers the company a change to gain advocates, transforming them into prosumers (professional consumers); on the other the prosumers have learnt how to manage the media, that is to say "they can react".

Evaluation: Specific Information 
  • The evaluation must be considered as Continuous Evaluation and must be solved during the academic period.
    Marks will be quantitative between 0 and 10. The mark should be presented with one decimal.
